Even the Elite Four have come for a piece of the proverbial pie. Also, new gyms have opened their doors, bringing Pokemon trainers from near and far to the region. They are a corrupt group, and will tend to bar your way. Perhaps even go so far as to go after the legendary Pokemon that watch over the region! The local authorities will not stop them, sadly.
Elsewhere, Team Rocket arrives in the region to steal Pokemon. Professor Oak is also there, and has promised you a Vulpix as part of a graduation/arrival gift. 'Welcome to Raygeki!
